On Sunday evening, heading towards Latina, I was hungry and looked for a typical Roman street restaurant. The best choice I could have made! I didn't even open the menu, but instead entrusted myself to the chef, who stunned me with two exceptional daily specials! Highly recommended. The owner is incredibly approachable, yet professional and helpful!
