La Torricella In Poppi

Small restaurant with excellent views, you eat well and you spend the right amount

Had dinner in this very beautiful place overlooking the Poppi castle. Excellent service and special food. Advised!!

I stayed in Poppi one night with my family and had dinner at the hotel restaurant-pizzeria. I would have liked to give a higher rating because I was satisfied with the room, the breakfast and the kindness of the owners but the restaurant didn't go really well. We sat down at 8-30pm and the menu can be read via QR code. We told the waitress who served us that we couldn't download it. Her response was I'll be back in five minutes, after twenty and various vicissitudes to download the menu we called her and asked for two pizzas for my wife and my son and I was told that we couldn't order them because it was late (9.05pm) and we had to fall back on other food which was excellent if it weren't for the fact that about 40 minutes later pizzas were served at a table near ours to people who arrived after us! !

We had dinner the evening after August 15th. Atmosphere of 10. Less service. Poor and not attentive. Very small but quality portions.

Nice environment, perhaps all too... not very private. Excellent food. Nice portion!

Il locale gode di una posizione invidiabile ma i piatti, almeno per quelli da noi provati, sono stati diciamo anonimi. Nulla che ci abbia particolarmente colpito. Ovviamente si tratta di una opinione personale sui 5/6 piatti provati.

Das Restaurant Torricella ist immer sehr gut besucht und bietet eine atemberaubende Sicht auf die Burg von Poppi. Unmittelbar unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein grosser Parkplatz. Die Menü-Karte ist umfassend und bietet relativ preiswerte Speisen für jeden Geschmack: Verschiedene Vorspeisen, Pasta- und Fleischgerichte, kalte Platten, Salate, Nachspeisen. Das Personal gibt sich alle Mühe, die Gäste zuvorkommend zu bedienen. Wer einen bestimmten Platz möchte, tut gut daran, diesen vorgängig zu reservieren.

Let's say for dinner we are enchanted on a summer evening with the even more characteristic illuminated Poppi castle Excellent cuisine with gnudo dish of nettle, butter and walnuts and handmade tortelli and ravioli from the Casentino cuisine with excellent meat ragu and porcini mushrooms, a beautiful location with overnight stay for a holiday for lovers of culture and landscape...... especially....in the evening under the moonlight with a bit of breeze, an excellent meeting place for lovers.....I repeat, home-made Gurmet cuisine.....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👏👏👏well done
