Cozy and elegant restaurant. Must book a reservation ahead of time! Soup of the house (zuppa di casa) - vegeterian with lentes, beans, garbanzo seeds, groats - excellent!! Very good courses - traditional pasta with truffle (mushroom) and traditional pasta with tomato and basil. Excellent local sagrantino wine (2020). Grilled vegetables - not in the league of other courses.

This is by far one of the best restaurants that I've been to so far on my trip. It is a hidden gem. Think you should make reservations. A must in Spoleto

Nine years ago, I had the pleasure of doing an Erasmus internship there. The owners are very kind and made me feel part of their family. The atmosphere is fantastic and the view breathtaking. The food was delicious; there's no better place in the entire community.
