A cozy place, a subdued atmosphere, attentive and helpful customer service, a clean and comfortable dining room, and excellent food.
Perhaps the portions of some dishes are small, like the rice flan and the truffle pasta dish. But I had the tortellini in broth, and the broth was fantastic.
I would return.

Professional service, quality products, and seasonal regional cuisine. Everything is truly delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant is a bit more formal than average, despite being a trattoria, but that's a plus because it offers high quality at a reasonable price.

We left Rome to visit Spoleto and were unfamiliar with this restaurant. We found it delightful, with an elegant yet welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Delicious dishes were served impeccably, and the service was impeccable in every way. The owner and staff were truly wonderful, friendly, and very professional. It's definitely worth a repeat visit to experience this wonderful experience!

Excellent cured meats and cheeses. Excellent bread selection. The dishes were elegantly served. The only downside: the desserts weren't entirely satisfying, especially the zuppa inglese.

Soup of the house (zuppa di casa) - vegeterian with lentes, beans, garbanzo seeds, groats - excellent!!
Very good courses - traditional pasta with truffle (mushroom) and traditional pasta with tomato and basil.
Excellent local sagrantino wine (2020).
Grilled vegetables - not in the league of other courses.

Nine years ago, I had the pleasure of doing an Erasmus internship there. The owners are very kind and made me feel part of their family. The atmosphere is fantastic and the view breathtaking. The food was delicious; there's no better place in the entire community.
