Se passate da Massafra, non potete non cenare al ristorante la Topaia! Piatti cucinati al momento, materia prima di buonissima qualità. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

Authenticity! Taste the real Apulian cuisine. I recommend the appetizer, it is an endless array of small tastings of cold and hot local delicacies from land dishes. Typical restaurant in the historic center with barrel vaults.

06/01/2025: We found this place by chance and were welcomed in a truly exceptional way. They immediately made us feel at home and put us at ease straight away. The food is good and the products are of quality. The staff was very kind and professional, they explained to us in detail how the procedure for producing MartinaFranca capocollo was, and it goes without saying that the capocollo is perhaps the best in Italy. Compliments! Highly recommended!
