Waiting times a bit long, not much appreciated only one fried dumpling from the basic menu (14.90) compared to the all you can eat (19.90). Therefore, a request for a supplement for the paid dumpling is mandatory. Reviewable!

Everything was delicious, very fast service and staff attentive to customers. We opted for the AYCE menu, so far the best tigelleria in Verona

The tigelle were a little hard unfortunately, they seemed to have been prepared and reheated for some time.
The sauces good.
Friendly and courteous staff.

Very nice idea, but it ends there.
The place is furnished in a simple and clean way, with both low and high tables.
There are 2 eating options, one which includes all you can eat (with unlimited consumption of tigelle, gnocco and companatico) and the other more moderate with a cutting board per person and unlimited tigelle and gnocco. The fried gnocco is very good, which cannot be said of the tigelle, which when brought to the table hot are soft, but inedible no matter how hot and once cooled they become hard (frozen?).
The accompanying "sauces" are 10 and can be customized to a fairly varied choice. The problem arises when 2 people eat at the same table with different tastes or needs, because it is not possible to have 10 each, but rather 10 larger ones to share.
At this point I'll let you imagine a table shared between a carnivore intolerant to cheese and a vegetarian person (our situation)...
So, in this case, I recommend dividing the table and making 2 separate orders 😉.
Personally, however, I don't recommend this place.
It may be a nice idea, but the tigelle (which give this restaurant its name) are not that good and the staff was not very accommodating or helpful.

Nice and welcoming environment with courteous and attentive staff....very fresh cured meats and the really special fried gnocco.....variety with sweet creams on the tigelle as a really interesting alternative to dessert, I highly recommend

Very nice location, very kind staff and very simple and delicious typical food.
We opted for two all-you-can-eat menus (practically 20 euros each) in which you can order endless tigelle, fried gnocco, cured meats and cheeses. The very, very good cured meats, spectacular tigelle and fried gnocchi. The only thing was that the cheeses were good but very "simple". The salt pans are spectacular and of many types, including one with Nutella and another with hazelnut so as to also make an alternative dessert.
All accompanied by an excellent spritz and a glass of wine.

Locale pulito, personale gentile.

Great gastronomic idea for a dinner with friends without spending a fortune.
We tried classic, vegetarian and dairy combinations with also fried gnocco; everything delicious.

My girlfriend and I stopped here because we were attracted by the gluten free offer.
As soon as we entered we were seated at a table for four, but set for two. In hindsight we realize that this must be the case since they bring you a basket with 6 tigelle each, a basket with a piece of fried gnocco each (there is no gluten free gnocchi), a platter of cured meats (salami , mortadella, cooked and raw) and a platter of sauces (ten to choose from on the menu per platter).
Good tigelle, quite "doughy" inside; fried dumplings, I'm sorry, but it's absolutely not fried dumplings. This is a fried tigella, good and not greasy, but fried gnocco is a completely different thing;
Concerning sauces: those that have proven to be very good, perhaps it would be better to give fewer sauces, but in a more abundant quantity;
Quality cured meats worthy of the offer offered.
We chose the "all you can eat" formula which I would say is necessary to taste a bit of everything, also because the price changes little. Be careful though because the kitchen closes at 2pm and after that time no further orders can be placed.
Price a little high despite the quality: 33 each (we took a bottle of classic Valpolicella).
Small final note, while we were paying they cleared the table for us and a boy from the kitchen, seeing our bottle arrive with a little bit of wine inside, decided to drink it down his neck in plain sight.
You guys are good, but pay attention to these details because they could make the difference in whether a customer returns or not. However, if I ever return to Verona, I think I will come back to eat with you
