Relaxed fine dining with a view. Super friendly service. Lasting memories. Such delightful hospitality! Delicious food, great wines and outstanding service. This relaxed gastronomic restaurant is a true gem. We had a wonderful dinner on the terrace with a splendid view over the valley on an August evening with our two sons. Do enter the historic cloister building: the restaurant is in the back of it, making its terrace a secluded, peaceful oasis. The sommelier will be happy to share his love and deep knowledge of Tuscan wines. He made us discover beautiful local wines. The gourmet cuisine serves excellent food with lots of respect for local produce. The place is relaxed, refined and authentic. The staff is the cherry on the cake: so genuinely friendly and professional! We very much appreciated the very personal service. We will return here whenever we are in the region.

The team here was pleasant, attentive, and aimed to serve! Most importantly, they delivered and surpassed my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing! It was the Best Florentine steak I've had, and the wine selection was superb.

Excellent location with outdoor seating and a panoramic view of the Val d'Orcia hills, as well as indoor seating in an ancient monastery. Cuisine uses local ingredients, reinterpreted by a Campanian chef, creating an interesting Tuscan/Campania fusion. Excellent wine selection. The young, friendly, and extremely helpful staff are highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! We made a reservation and there was an event going on that day, but they still served us with kindness! I ordered the truffle pasta and it was divine! The view is beautiful.

A charming and quaint place, very good service, but the food was disappointing in both quantity and quality, considering the very high price. I wasn't able to fully appreciate the quality they praised. I found the dessert very bland (meringue with strawberries and a drizzle of cream)...but it was also overpriced and illogical (the flavors and textures didn't quite mesh). Not recommended.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, com um atendimento atencioso e eficiente. Pedimos o Pici Cacio e Pepe, Carne com Rúcula e legumes e o Tortello (que estava espetacular) tudo preparado com sabor excepcional. Para fechar a refeição, a sobremesa “Latte & Milk” mais a “Cremoso” que surpreendeu e nos deixou uma excelente última impressão. A comida, o ambiente e o serviço tornaram este restaurante uma escolha certeira na linda Pienza. Recomendadissimo!

Pasé por aquí para cenar mientras veía la puesta de sol sobre el valle de la Toscana - era hermoso. Se trata de una creativa cena italiana en un monasterio del siglo XV con vistas al valle desde mesas de jardín. El personal era muy amable y mostrar mucho respeto y siempre tenía una sonrisa en su cara. El filete de florence era fantástico pero un poco pequeño para lo que pagaste. Los pequeños aperitivos salieron gratis y se veían elegantes, pero eran un poco insípidos. La ensalada estaba bastante bien y tomamos las verduras a la parrilla para ir con él. El plan era compartir algunos platos para probar la cocina - yo diría que era un poco pequeño para lo que pagaste.
