Excellent traditional restaurant at 2,000 meters above sea level. Magnificent view of Livigno. The saddle of venison with polenta was delicious. Truly tender and perfectly cooked. Friendly and attentive service. Good prices and in line with the quality.

Beautiful tea, super friendly staff, I had the chestnut tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, it was the best I've ever had!!! I really recommend lunch or dinner at this restaurant, the quality products and attention to detail! I'll definitely be back, they're excellent!

Una joya absoluta de un restaurante, tomé mis móviles de nieve como está en las montañas. Desafortunadamente tuvimos que caminar un poco ya que estábamos llegando a la primavera y la nieve se había derretido. Deliciosa comida, incluso acomodaron a los adolescentes con su almuerzo especial de pasta carbonara. Personal muy amable. ¡Un must definitivo!

Ristorante Gavioli

17/08/2025: Refined, high-quality dishes, both traditional Bormio and beyond. Excellent ingredients, expertly prepared. The wine list is extensive, with a wide selection of reds, though perhaps a bit limited on whites. Impeccable service! The location is unique, very intimate. It's a shame about the shiny varnish covering the Swiss pine that covers the vaulted ceiling. One caveat: perhaps we would have preferred a traditional tablecloth. The price is in line with the quality of the dishes and service. An experience not to be missed!
