Very good restaurant: fresh fish, splendid service and very nice, tranquile atmosphere right around the corner of the busy streets of Taormina.

Amazing spot and a must if you’re in Taormina! We celebrated my mom’s birthday here and everything from the food to service and atmosphere were perfect. Can’t recommend enough, our favorite spot in Italy.

It was simply exceptional. By chance and mere luck, we discovered Salvatore's restaurant amidst the typical tourist spots, where he pours his heart and dedication into every detail. Very best of luck and we look forward to be back. :)

We tried several highly rated spots, including Michelin star restaurants. Tavernetta crushes them all! Service was very on point and accommodating. Food was spectacular. Great vibe. Checked all my boxes.

We had a lovely dinner at La Tavernetta. The atmosphere is calm and charming, away from the busy streets above. It feels like a true family-run place — everyone is so warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended!

Best seafood in Taormina! The service was great and the owner was very interactive with recommendations and what to eat which was a nice touch. We can’t wait to come back.

Gluten free pasta with lobster and the Sicilian fish with potatoes were absolutely amazing! Both dishes were split between my partner and me, and even then the portions were still generous – so come hungry 🙌 The flavours were spot on, the seafood was fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. Big portions, excellent quality, and a memorable meal. Highly recommend. 5/5 ⭐️

Very knowledgeable and warm service combined with great food and wine. What more could you ask ! Would heartily recommend
