In the heart of San Daniele, a beautiful atmosphere with excellent food.

Lunch for two while passing through San Daniele. The first courses and San Daniele platter were excellent. The wine selection was appropriate. The staff was extremely friendly, despite our arrival being 1:30 PM.

The three of us went to La Tavernaccia today and were completely impressed: Everything was freshly prepared, very tasty, and reasonably priced. The warm rosemary focaccia paired perfectly with the appetizers (San Daniele ham and a variety of cheeses). We particularly recommend the herb-filled cjarsons and the San Daniele-stuffed cappellacci. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere – we'd be happy to go back anytime. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent restaurant that cooks all its dishes with passion. Excellent appetizer of prosciutto and burrata, followed by tagliolini with prosciutto and cream, and the fillet steak was also excellent. I recommend it.

We tried all the primi piati, and everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is very beautiful inside but doesn't have a lot of seating, so you'll need to reserve a table if you want to be sure of a spot. There are some tables outside along the street. We were seated right away; the interior decor is very traditional, and the fireplace—I assume it's lit in the winter—is a distinctive feature from the other rooms. The menu isn't extensive, but it's all made with high-quality, local products. I was able to order the gluten-free frico, which was delicious and beautifully served. I then ordered a caprese salad with lots of olives and some really good sun-dried tomatoes in oil. The mozzarella on the plate was special. My companion ordered a plate of traditional Friulian cjarsons. The presentation was beautiful, but the portions were small. The baked potatoes were delicious. Very good quality and a good price. We highly recommend this restaurant if you're visiting San Daniele.

Well-made food at a fair price. It's best to eat inside, as the outdoor tables are close to a fairly busy road.

Posto bellissimo a san Daniele del Friuli,locale piccolo ma capace di accoglierci in 26 tutti intorno al camino,abbiamo preso un antipasto misto con San Daniele formaggi e Lardo e schiacciatina calda,tutto abbondante e buonissimo. Per primo abbiamo preso le tagliatelle e i ravioli (che ho trovato da ristorante stellato) Poi dolci e caffè Tutto ottimo!!!!! Grazie a Anna e Emily Un saluto dai toscani
