Passing through San Daniele, we chose this place to taste the prosciutto. In fact, everything we ate was simply delicious. Excellent cheeses, prosciutto and mortadella and the delicacies to match. The final trio of desserts was amazing. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful sunny day and here we are in San Daniele. The historic center is beautiful with its narrow streets paved with stones, porphyry or bricks that connect houses, shops, porticos and historic buildings like a grid. We are in the hilly area of ​​Friuli and the landscape offers its best show especially in this season. But San Daniele is also the Prosciutto Crudo which here, by tradition, reigns supreme. Not knowing the place, we wander around a bit and decide to stop at this place. The choice has never been more appropriate. Obviously we took a plate of prosciutto crudo presented with a very pleasant combination of dried tomatoes, cheese, walnuts, mustard and honey; the choice to accompany everything with the hot "pinsa" was also a good one. The dessert was also particularly appreciated. The choice was not rich but the goodness was widely appreciated. Absolutely not to be underestimated the kindness of the girls who served us, a fact that I consider an added value that is not at all obvious. Well done, definitely recommended!

Posto bellissimo a san Daniele del Friuli,locale piccolo ma capace di accoglierci in 26 tutti intorno al camino,abbiamo preso un antipasto misto con San Daniele formaggi e Lardo e schiacciatina calda,tutto abbondante e buonissimo. Per primo abbiamo preso le tagliatelle e i ravioli (che ho trovato da ristorante stellato) Poi dolci e caffè Tutto ottimo!!!!! Grazie a Anna e Emily Un saluto dai toscani

Appena si entra , quel che colpisce è l'atmosfera rustica e calda. Un grosso camino posto in mezzo alla sala riscalda l'ambiente in tutti i sensi, e la stessa cosa fanno i sorrisi del personale. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato siamo stati fatti accomodare e serviti in tempi ragionevoli. Io ho scelto i cappellacci ripieni di crudo e conditi con montasio e tartufo: divini. Il mio compagno un frico con polenta, anche questo molto buono. Anche i piatti che vedevamo passare sembravano stra buoni, attorno a noi vedevamo solo facce soddisfatte. Abbiamo voluto conoscere il cuoco che si è presentato con molta umiltà e simpatia. Davvero un posto dove si sta bene.
