27/12/2024: Ci siamo ritornati in occasione della festività di Santo Stefano. Abbiamo usufruito del pranzo a buffet che è sempre un eccellente proposta. Pietanze cucinate con grande maestria, utilizzando materie prime di qualità. Tutto molto curato nei dettagli ,dalla mise en place dei tavoli a quella del buffet . Tutte le portate sono rimpiazzate ripetutamente ,permettendo all' ospite di poter degustare tutto,in qualsiasi momento. Un elogio speciale va al personale di sala,il loro garbo ,la loro gentilezza ,ti fanno sentire accolto e coccolato. Ambiente raffinato e proposta culinarie mai scontata. Complimenti a tutti alla prossima

18/08/2024: During the month of July we spent 5 days attending a conference at the Hotel Excelsior Bari. During it we were able to enjoy the comfortable meeting rooms, the facilities and the dining room service, both for coffee breaks and lunch. The reason for the Congress was for our daughter's attendance. Please note that she is allergic to Cow's Milk Protein, both through ingestion and contact, so due to this circumstance we always travel with her medication and food. Although on the first day, perhaps due to language issues, their lunch could not initially be managed properly. We have to quickly indicate that the Hotel staff, room and kitchen service and especially the events manager, Hilaria, to whom we are very grateful, for her dedication, attention and personal treatment. They solved the problem and our daughter was able to eat tasty and very appetizing meals, both at the hotel and on planned outings, safely and without risk to her health. Thank you again to the Excelsior Bari Hotel and all its staff for the effort made to guarantee our daughter's food security.
