Everything was very good, the wait staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
We tried the tripe menu: everything was truly delicious and carefully prepared.

I've dined at this restaurant several times, having had very positive experiences.
This time, a few weeks prior to my review, unfortunately, not everything went as planned, leaving me and five other friends perplexed.
We had a reservation for 8:45 PM, but we arrived 15 minutes late and found no one to greet us at the entrance. I climbed the stairs leading to the wonderful terrace overlooking Turin in search of someone and met a waiter who very kindly asked us if we had reservations. When I said yes, he escorted me and my friends to the table, where a colleague appeared a few minutes later, rather rudely bringing us menus and hastily inviting us to choose our wines. We politely asked for a menu and opted for a white wine... "We don't have that," another... "We don't have that," let's try a third!!!!... "Oh, no, not even that." When my friend, still polite, replied, "Sorry, but what bottle of white wine do you have available?" the waitress, still in an annoyed tone, recommended a wine off the menu with no description or price.
Personal note and suggestion: if the wines on the menu are not available, they should be removed.
We ordered the appetizers, which were truly excellent.
The first courses... tagliolini with mushrooms, three out of three, were extremely salty... the waiter noticed our discomfort and immediately offered to have them remade, and this time they were very good.
For the second courses, I chose a fillet with mushrooms and was brought a fillet without anything... I pointed out that the mushrooms were missing, and a second waiter took my plate away and after a few minutes brought back the same fillet... with the mushrooms on the side!!! Apologizing, of course, because the chef "had forgotten to put them on the plate"... verbatim!! The desserts were impeccable and the price was fair.
A suggestion to the waitstaff who did the math at the end of the dinner: avoid telling the customer that, having broken down the calculation by person and resulting in a "recurring number," one of the diners had to pay one euro more... on a bill of almost €400...
It was probably an unfortunate evening, but I wasn't expecting such lapses in attention in a high-end establishment like this. The waitstaff's attitude is definitely questionable, unlike their truly kind and helpful colleague.

La classica esperienza inaspettata che ti lascia il sorriso in volto, avevamo prenotato questo ristorante con un 2 per uno, ma abbiamo dovuto richiedere uno spostamento affatto scontato dato che eravamo nei giorni del ponte del 25 aprile, sono stati gentilissimi ad assecondare la nostra esigenza, arrivati al ristorante Siamo stati sorpresi dalla sala in cui ci hanno sistemati, una vetrata panoramica permetteva di apprezzare con larghissima visuale il panorama, dall’antipasto in poi tutti i piatti erano estremamente curati e soprattutto deliziosi, ravioli del Plin fatti in casa e guancia brasata su tutti. Per appassionati come noi di vino non è stato di secondaria importanza anche trovare una carta di vini di livello con ottime scelte del territorio.
Meno importante, ma gradito per il sottoscritto, locale Iqos welcome.
