We loved the pizzas, super light and made with sourdough. Andrea was also very friendly and kind. Everything was delicious.

Highly recommended pizzeria in a beautiful, picturesque village center. Here you can get a great pizza for relatively little money. So, the price-performance ratio is more than good! What you should know: the pizza dough is very thin and EXTREMELY crispy. So, it's not really suitable for lovers of Neapolitan pizza. However, the toppings and the overall quality of the pizza are completely convincing! Plus, it's not as heavy on the stomach as some others. An older gentleman still bakes here in a small kitchen, which fits the charm of the incomparable village square. We would come back here anytime. Advance reservations are recommended.

Completely satisfied. You sit outside on the small central piazza of San Donato. The food is simple (pasta and pizza). The pizza is visibly prepared fresh in the open kitchen behind the counter. It tasted excellent and the prices were reasonable. I asked the waitress if I could charge my phone, and she safely stored it at the bar. Thank you very much for that. You can let the kids jump into the piazza and have a lovely evening. The Tuscan appetizer platter and the pizza are recommended. Update: Unfortunately, we were left outside for 10 minutes without any response. We probably won't be coming back. It's a shame.

Typical pizzeria, nice atmosphere and very good pizzas.

The pizza is nothing special, but maybe we are just spoiled from other pizza experiences in Italy. The crust is very dry and brittle, there is far too much cheese and not a lot of sauce. The mushrooms were from a can and the pizza advertised with “hot peppers” is just sprinkled with spicy powder. Also, the draft Coca-Cola was very flat. Personally, we enjoy pizza with fresh ingredients and a more authentic, chewy crust. The service was nice enough, as they could tell we didn’t love the pizza and asked if everything was ok. I have an extra star for that, as they seemed to care that we were not very satisfied. They also sat us without a reservation which was very nice of them. The lack of stars is really for the quality of the pizza.
