Very suggestive and very pleasant location since the tables are located on a terrace overlooking Etna and the sea. Impeccable service and exquisite fish dishes. I recommend!!!

We stayed in the splendid setting of the village of Castelmola for dinner at the Taverna dell'Etna, a terrace where you could admire the beauty of Taormina with the fiery Etna in the background...the delicacies prepared by the Chef were the true protagonists of the evening, served impeccably by the very friendly staff ... For those who find themselves in these parts, a destination not to be missed.

Notice to French travelers and all other nationalities, we can only recommend this magnificent restaurant if you are passing through Taormina or Castelmola. Certainly one of the best restaurants on our road trip in Sicily, this restaurant offers a beautiful view of Etna around dishes that are all as delicious as each other. The prices are more than reasonable, we paid €126 for 4 people (cutlery included) with a main course and a dessert. As for the dishes, nothing to complain about, the octopus, the fresh seafood pasta or the ravioli, everything was excellent (and fresh!). We would also like to highlight the effort that was made by the first server who took the time to explain each dish on the menu and the recommendations with a few words from his French vocabulary as well as the second server who spoke French to him. Amazing food, Italian classics (great carbonara) at a great price. But the best part is the VIEW! Et an erupted for us throughout our dinner, and it just became more and more spectacular as the sky darkened. 🌋

I just left this restaurant. One of the best fish lunches of my entire life... Quality fish cooked simply. Excellent restaurant.

Spaghetti alla Carbonara is a misunderstanding. The sauce is not clear, you can see and feel the cooked egg. Think about it, it's shameful to spoil a native dish like that in Italy.

Locale naturalmente turistico con una splendida terrazza. Siamo stati accolti subito in maniera ospitale e gentile. Il cameriere molto professionale così come il proprietario (di Napoli) che alla fine per scusarsi del fatto che uno dei commensali non avesse gradito del tutto un piatto oltre ad un piccolo sconto ha pure offerto i caffè. Buoni gli antipasti ed il resto dei primi. Piacevole scoperta la pasta con il pesce cipolla. Prezzi onesti se si tiene conto che il locale si trova in uno dei borghipiù belli della Sicilia.
