Lovely. Best meal of the holiday and we ate in a few places! I had steak and my wife had the sea bass. Both very good. Desserts were gorgeous. Staff lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Als je niet oplet loop je zo voorbij het restaurant.
We hebben er gedineerd en naast de fantastische bediening hebben we er ook heel lekker gegeten.
Een aanrader is de vis in papillot.

Went by them at 18.45, while their reopening time is 19.00. I asked for a table and got a reply that we should come back in 15 mins. Okay, went around town and when we returned at like 19.05 we couldn't get a table - reservations only, and apparently they were full.
All good, I'm happy they're doing good, just would of been nice to let us know they're full on our 1st inquiry.
Went to Sapore Divino 50 m away and was happy there.

Nel locale con tavoli anche all’aperto. Buona accoglienza da parte del personale, piatti deliziosi ed anche sorprendenti: abbiamo preso come antipasto una millefoglie con stracciata di bufala cipolle caramellate e salmone ed un polipo alla piastra con patate per proseguire con bigoli con le sarde e degli spaghetti aglio e olio con Coregone. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da tornare.

Interesting place in Desenzano. Unusually for a taverna, we took Carbonara and it was very tasty and a large portion. House wine also very tasty. The service is specific, maybe a little bit pompous, first drinks, then food. There's a bit of a wait. But overall, nice, pleasant and tasty.

Excellent cuisine, well prepared and plentiful dishes. We stopped by chance, for a quick lunch, without looking at reviews, but we will definitely be back, we saw some pasta dishes passing by that really made us want it. Nice place both inside and outside where you can stay on the lake side or on a more sheltered internal road.

Located in one of the typical streets of the center. Characteristic place with average local prices. The cuisine didn't excite me, perhaps we made a mistake in choosing the dishes. Not good Iberian pork, very rich in spices/garlic (it would be right to specify this). Furthermore, greater care would be needed in the plating, the name "tavern..." does not justify the dishes "put there" on the plate.
Dining room staff too present... ready to remove the plate when you are still chewing the last bite. In short, an experience that I will not repeat.
