Went with family. the welcome is friendly, the place is really typical Italian. The food is good, my daughter came across a piece of plastic in the squid, but the rest was excellent. a bit expensive, even out of season.

La Taverna tiene un gran lugar justo en el centro del viejo Peschici en la cima de la colina, con mesas en el interior y también a caballo entre una pequeña plaza. El servicio era amable y servicial. Tuvimos un almuerzo de mariscos, todo lo cual fue genial. Acompañado de una buena botella de Bombino Bianco. Estuvimos allí un día laborable durante la segunda semana de octubre, así que el ambiente era muy relajado (estoy seguro de que Peschici ve su cuota de multitudes durante la temporada alta y los fines de semana. ) Pero muy recomendable sin embargo.

Unfortunately, from our point of view, the price-performance ratio was not right. Main courses €20 and up.
3 out of 5 spaghetti dishes were too salty and over-seasoned. There were a lot of empty mussels in the starter and the Spaghetti Salmone was made with smoked salmon. The service was ok, not excessive.
We would not recommend the restaurant.

We had an exceptional time! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere warm and the service impeccable. If you are looking for fresh and tasty seafood dishes, I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

Location molto carina in una viuzza del centro di Peschici. Personale gentile e disponibile, servizio ineccepibile. Primi piatti buoni, ma niente di eccezionale da leccarsi i baffi. Prezzi elevati, ma in linea con gli altri ristoratori del posto.

Burnt defrosted french fries, roast potatoes (a reheated sliced boiled potato)
Undrinkable coffee.
