We went expecting to find a historic and well-known restaurant in the area, but instead it was under new management and a new name. No matter, we wanted to try it anyway. As soon as we opened the door, we noticed a strong musty smell from the humidity. The place is tiny, with five round tables for four, tastefully decorated and pleasant to look at, but poorly lit. The new managers, two young men fresh out of hotel management school, probably wanted to give it a more casual feel, but with disastrous results. Extremely long waits, an hour for a first course, which arrived cold, so why bother with the presentation? The pasta was completely bland and overcooked, and it was a treasure hunt to see the fish. Too bad. Good intentions, but not enough; the target, location, and preparation were certainly wrong. Good luck.

We ordered takeout: two testaroli with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, mussels, and turnip greens, and a tagliolini with squid ink and savory zabaglione. And it was sublime. I've never eaten anything so good. Really good guys.

The restaurant has a great quality... the chef is 30 years old... 30 years old, can you believe it? 30 years and he's a chef... he doesn't know what he's doing... Fish cuisine in a "creative" way (I don't know if that's the right term). There were two of us, and we exchanged various dishes to get to know the cuisine. Everything was good, a cut above the stuffed pappardelle! The dishes were not ordinary, we'll definitely be back when the seasons change. Cute, intimate, and clean place. I have to (but I think it's a very personal thing) reject the table... round, okay, but without any kind of tablecloth, it bothers me... and then I wouldn't have minded a wine cooler, the wait times are a bit long, but given the sophistication of the dishes, it's understandable... Countryside.... I see it personally here too, they've only been open a few months, and word of mouth has done its job. Everyone appreciates it, but the bill gets a bit criticized. Maybe 10% less would have been fine... just to be appealing... Good, keep it up, you're onto a good idea.

A small but well-maintained restaurant. The young man who served us was very attentive, friendly, and pleasant. The dishes were truly exquisite, refined, and balanced. The chefs were helpful and truly skilled. We'll definitely be back.

We went to dinner on a Saturday evening at this delightful restaurant. We chose the "essential" menu, which included an appetizer, a main course, a first course, and a dessert of our choice. Dinner began with a delicious welcome cocktail on the house, accompanied by appetizers. Then the courses began to arrive. One surprise after another. Each dish was carefully planned down to the smallest detail, offering a triumph of flavor and deliciousness. The presentation of the dish itself was also meticulously crafted. We will personally return to this restaurant very soon, which I highly recommend.
