The food was very good and original. You could sense the chef's creative mindset, but I'll let the photos and other reviews do the talking for the food. I want to focus on the kindness and hospitality of the restaurant. In fact, we booked at 8:30 pm on Easter Sunday. We went to the restaurant, where we arrived 10 minutes late, and soon realized we were the only customers. My partner and I were the only ones in the dining room. At the end of the dinner, the chef greeted us and confirmed that they initially wanted to be open only for lunch, but given our reservation, they had decided to extend it to dinner. However, despite no other reservations, they decided to stay open just for us. This is truly exceptional customer service. So, thank you for staying open for us; everything was truly delicious.

An intimate and welcoming place, with limited seating and prompt, efficient service. Excellent food, sophisticated pairings, but always rooted in local tradition. Customers are pampered with welcome plates and bread and olive oil tastings... (uncommon in the area). The only flaw is the slow service; considering the limited seating, I expected shorter waits between courses. Overall, a very positive experience; I'll be back!
