Tried going here for lunch but waiting time was too long so we went for dinner. A superb meal. A fisherman came in with a meagre, still alive and they cooked that for us….as fresh as it gets, wonderful!! Children took plain pasta, they one you get in Italy :)

When 2 of us entering the restaurant the waiter keep us outside and told us we need to order at least 3 courses, one starter and 2 main courses, after we said it’s totally fine then he showed the table. I think it’s a bit rude to be honest, never have this happen before. The foods taste good and fresh. Price is a bit higher especially for the see bass, which is around 500 gram, it cost us 52 euro for one normal fish. I had the same dish in Rome and Venice and other bari restaurants , it cost around 20 to 30 euro. Maybe the owner can answer me why it’s so costly?

The products are of the highest quality: the fish is incredibly fresh and impeccably cooked, a testament to the meticulous attention to ingredients and culinary technique. What makes the experience truly special, however, is the hospitality. The staff is incredibly kind and always available, capable of meeting every need and taking care of the customer down to the smallest detail. A special mention goes to Giovanna, the takeout manager. She is a key figure: always present, extremely professional, and endowed with a rare kindness and discretion. She is always ready to answer any request with a smile, ensuring perfect service. Highly recommended! Fresh and tasty fish. Friendly, helpful, and above all, friendly staff. The orecchiette with squid ink, diced red tuna, capers, cherry tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives are delicious! Not to be missed.

The place is pleasant, not large, and not suitable for large groups. The food is truly excellent, both the first and second courses. Prices are slightly higher than average, but the quality justifies them. I recommend it.

I recommend it. A small restaurant, but with a great atmosphere, the food is fresh and we had a great time welcoming the New Year. They also have street food, also very tasty! Good luck to the owners.

Small, crowded space, with 6 tables close together, with no privacy at all. The bald waiter, at 40-45 years old, is disgusting. The owner, along with this waiter, don't know how to stuff multiple dishes down your throat, then, after you accept them, they don't know how to get up from the table faster. I don't recommend!

24/03/2025: Es un excelente restaurante de 1 estrella Michelin. Comida: optamos por el menú degustación con más platos y combinación de vinos al que añadimos 2 de los platos del menú a la carta que nos habían intrigado mucho, la materia prima es casi totalmente km 0 el menú de hecho varía según la estacionalidad y por lo tanto la disponibilidad de ingredientes, todos los platos estaban excelentemente presentados, plato perfecto, experiencia organoléptica decididamente positiva Vino: la bodega es buena, pero recomiendo probar las ofertas locales por una cuestión de coherencia con el menú Ubicación: ubicado en un edificio antiguo en el centro histórico de Putignano, representa sin duda el estilo arquitectónico apuliano, muebles mínimos, luces suaves, pocas cubiertas, accesorios y muebles estilísticamente armonizados Personal: joven, extremadamente profesional y preparado, el Chef vino a saludarnos en la sala y tuvimos la oportunidad de discutir algunas curiosidades técnicas y opciones creativas del menú Precio: excelente relación calidad-precio, sin duda muy competitivo para la categoría a la que pertenece
10/12/2024: Tornato dopo anni, precisamente quando la sede era ancora a Monopoli presso Masseria La Spina, questa volta nella sede di Putignano. Qualche perplessità da me espressa in passato è stata completamente cancellata in questa occasione, in occasione della quale penso di poter dire che la Stella Michelin gli stia stretta. Bel locale in zona appena defilata dal cuore di Putignano e facile da raggiungere. Ottima accoglienza priva delle sbavature del passato, atmosfera rilassante. Menù ovviamente nuovo rispetto alla mia precedente esperienza ma con una serie di "effetto WOW!" ad ogni portata che mi fa dire quanto sopra , circa una sola stella. Sembrerà blasfemo ma... Ricordo con maggior piacere la cena da Angelo Sabatelli che quella di un paio di mesi dopo al mitico "Le Calandre" , 3 stelle a Rubano. Il costo degli stellati non va discusso: c'è tanta ricerca e lavoro dietro ogni minimo dettaglio nel piatto che giustifica la spesa. Noi abbiamo optato per la degustazione 9 portate e abbiamo anche apprezzato la flessibilità, non scontata, di sstituirci il dolce con una portata dal menù. Poco oltre 500€ in due con degustazione di accompagnamento vini ad ogni portata, ben spesi. Grandissimo, a mio parere, il salto triplo di qualità a parità di stella di anni prima.

18/05/2025: You have to be honest, I was in this pizzeria 30 years ago... we went back just to go back to where we were very young years ago. The environment always the same, no changes, if I remember correctly, Only took the pizza, dough, good, tall and soft but difficult to chew, you have to chew the bite for a long time, it is rubbery and not very fragrant, quality ingredients. Beer in a liter jug, initially good and light, but in the end, last sip of beer became bitter, strange! Fast and kind service, the pizza arrived after a short time, good! Honest prices, good I would say. This to give, if I can, some advice on things to see and perhaps improve. However, a nice evening and good feelings.
