I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves my full attention. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. The ingredients are top-quality! I highly recommend the pecorino cheese tastings, olive oil bread, and 15% ABV wine (sorry, I don't remember the name). Anyway, trust the truly professional and delightful staff in the dining room! Valerio is here 😂, but he might as well not be, given the expertise and friendliness of his wonderful staff! We'll be back soon, thanks for everything ☺️

Perfect for an aperitif, it offers various platters to pair with Tuscan wines (a wide selection and quality). The wild-caught pork sausage is highly recommended; it's truly delicious! The price is fair, and if you want to buy something from what you've tried, you can have it vacuum-packed. Highly recommended.
