In a location from times gone by, lost in a small village in the province of Bologna, we had lunch with tagliatelle with meat sauce and balanzoni with meat sauce, top notch, we didn't have an encore just because it was the last one of the year but the first courses were very good, like the ones made from your mother or grandmother! Obviously recommended.

Fabulous tortellini including broth, delicious balanzoni. I usually have digestion problems when eating out, but I digested everything very well. We ate really well. To be recommended.

Stopped eating with work colleagues what can I say tortellini in broth excellent as well as tagliatelle and second courses excellent friendly staff ate really well good if I return to those parts I will certainly return ok 👌

It's the fifth time I've gone and I've always had a good time, tagliatelle, Bolognese cutlets and grilled mutton, excellent side dishes and honest prices and when I'm back in the area I'll definitely be back

04/01/2025: Very nice place with open kitchen. We ate outside But since it was covered we didn't feel cold also because they gave us two mushrooms The food is really good we had tagliatelle with meat sauce tortellini fillet with pink pepper and vegetables finally the desserts were really delicious friendly waiters available as well as the owner it was a great experience

20/12/2024: This establishment sets the gold standard for accommodation and fine dining. It is a family run business in the mountains of Grizzana south of Bologna in Italy. During my four day stay I experienced superb original Italian food prepared by Norma and served by Beppe. Nothing was too much trouble, The ambiance was superb, with original decor and contemporary music. The accommodation was very comfortable and warm with quality fittings, tv and a well equipped bathroom. Prices were reasonable for the standard set. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
02/12/2024: Great Beppe!!!! Excellent location and super dishes... 10/10 innkeeper
