A restaurant right in the city center with just a few tables, but truly excellent service and high-quality seafood. The only drawback is the soundproofing, which makes it difficult to have a conversation without raising your voice.

If I can give you one piece of advice, it's to stop in and eat there. This family restaurant is simply excellent, both the food and the service! We were welcomed so warmly. The chef, seeing us with a child, told us he would make whatever we wanted for our little one, which is something you absolutely can't find anywhere else! And what about the food, which is excellent!

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante molto bello ed accogliente lo scorso weekend per festeggiare il mio compleanno! I piatti sono squisiti e la differenza lo fa il Sig Gianni ed il personale che sono carinissimi e molto accoglienti. Molto bello anche il locale. Grazie mille perché abbiamo trascorso una bella serata e fedteggiato alla grande il compleanno grazie anche a voi! Torneremo sicuramente. Paola Torriani

Increíble pescado. Lo mejor y fresco! Vaya con las recomendaciones del propietario (a menudo no en el menú) no decepcionará. Alcachofas casi crudas con pescado sabroso fue una delicia. Sobre todo me hizo un ramo 💐

26/08/2025: Nel centro storico di Pietra Ligure c'è un'ottima trattoria: la Trattoria dei Caruggi. Si tratta di un piccolo ristorantino dove si possono gustare deliziosi piatti a base di pesce. Io ci torno sempre molto volentieri, per mangiare un bel piatto di spaghetti alle vongole, o di tagliolini mare e monti al cartoccio. Perfetti anche gli antipasti, sfiziosi, o un'abbondante porzione di fritto misto.Personale cordiale e servizio impeccabile.
14/07/2025: Beautiful place, and truly wonderful to be able to eat in the alleyways. Excellent menu with reasonable prices. The seafood appetizer was truly delicious. Of course, the trofie with pesto, green beans, and potatoes were a must. The grilled fish was also delicious! Super attentive and polite staff and service. If we return to Pietra, we'll definitely stop by. Thank you.

Ristorante Suavis

23/08/2025: Last-minute dinner, luckily some customers had just cancelled. What a kind welcome. As if we were regulars, but for us it was our first experience, very kind! They pampered us with their dishes, with very fresh products that delighted the palate, playing with classic dishes with a touch of surprise. Obviously a very beautiful place, small but very elegant. Thank you, we really had a lovely evening. See you soon.
