Pizza Etna was one of my top 3 pizzas ever! Professional and friendly team top notch too!

The pizza is delicious and very light to digest, and the location is lovely. For those complaining about parking or the heat: You're in Palermo, what's the restaurant's fault? What did you expect in the summer?

Wonderful experience at La Staffa this evening. We wandered down the hill from the hotel we're in hoping for a more local experience and we found it here. A really friendly welcome, delicious Sicilian wine and just the food we were looking for. Everything we've eaten in Palermo has been delicious so, as a result, we were feeling quite full and in need of something simple and delicious and we found it in a burrata salad, pappardelle alla norma and spaghetti carbonara. The menu offers more but we knew what we wanted and that's what we got, with charm and a lovely conversation with the chef - about food and football - what else is there?! If you're in the area this is a great place to visit.

I stumbled upon this place by chance. What caught my eye was the sublime decor, accentuated by subtle lighting. The staff seemed to know all the guests. What captivated me was the menu. I tried a Cornetto pizza for the first time. Although the name might suggest its shape, it was the portion that appeared before me that fully captured this marvel of the culinary art of pizza making. The dough was artfully folded into a corner. Garnished with arugula and cured ham. Filled with arugula, ham, and mozzarella. The whole thing was crispy and served with a delicate sauce created by the combination of ingredients. Delicious.

Personally, one of the best pizzas I've had in the area. It was a complete accident, and I was blown away by the quality of the dough (soft and light) and the quality of the ingredients. A unique flavor with every bite! The staff was friendly and helpful!
