After my civil ceremony, we chose this restaurant to celebrate, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Manuela, the owner, organized the dinner with extraordinary care, making us feel at home but with the elegance of a special occasion. I also had the pleasure of meeting her personally: her passion is overwhelming and is reflected in every detail. The cuisine celebrates true Piedmontese specialties, with truffles as the star: always available and of excellent quality. Don't miss the truffle tartare, the cured meats, Manuela's tajarin, and, of course, the "Hidden Treasure": a dish that truly lives up to its name, without taking anything away from the main courses, which are also top-notch. We've returned several times, bringing friends and family with us who are discerning, and they've never been disappointed. It's a perfect place for both a quiet weekday dinner and a relaxing Sunday morning lunch. The wine list is carefully selected and perfectly complements each course. Nothing is left to chance: from the presentation of the dishes to the service, everything exudes dedication and a love of hospitality.
