Tutto ottimo, il servizio è stato perfetto, abbiamo mangiato bene e siamo usciti soddisfatti. In centro a Gavirate, comodo anche il parcheggio.

Abbiamo aderito alla proposta "nero d'estate - lo scorzone" . Ottima proposta per chi apprezza il tartufo. La stadera è un ristorante che io consiglio vivamente.

It was a great discovery and what we ate was really excellent. The menu with truffles is very inviting, as are the dishes! We will definitely be back!

A little pricy but the food is great and the list of wines has a very good selection. Seated in the conservatory where it was little noisy. Attentive service, each single bottle of wine was subject to proof drinking, which is rather uncommon.

A good restaurant, menus that are more Piedmontese than Lombard but equally good, lots of courtesy, quick enough to get the dishes to the table, small but full restaurant, at the end we tasted a bitter prepared by the cook who is Piedmontese and it was very good and in the end the bill was a little higher than average but we ate well
