La Smorfia In Erbusco

Siamo capitati casualmente in questa trattoria di lunedì, giornata nella quale sembrava che tutti i ristoranti della Franciacorta fossero chiusi! Invece qui ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità massime e il menù ci ha convinto poi completamente. Tanto che abbiamo prenotato per due giorni dopo nuovamente. Pasta fatta in casa ottima, antipasti molto appetitosi e ottimi secondi di carne e pesce. Tutto poi sostenuto da una cura cortese ed assidua del personale di servizio.

Good food and professional staff, fair price.

A village tavern, as they say, "down to earth". Acceptable service but decidedly good food: the colt steak was truly exceptional!

We returned after years... the place was as nice as I remembered it and the pizza was more or less as good as I remembered it

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of local people, a nice place, perhaps a little dated but characteristic. We ate in an outdoor room in the evening where we could see planes passing by as they had just taken off, very suggestive. Young and approachable staff, we ordered ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach served with butter for our daughter, grilled and sliced ​​fillet. The first course was good and the meat was excellent, especially the cut was very tender, the fillet in my opinion was badly cut and a little overcooked for my tastes but still excellent, I would have preferred if they had asked me how it was cooked. As a side dish, mixed salad and a fried potato which then became two because unfortunately the meat portions were limited. We accompanied everything with a Franciacorta corteaura brut and finished with a creme brut, followed by a coffee and two bitters. The cost was €112, just for what we got. Overall we had a nice evening, everything was excellent but if the meat was a little more abundant it would have been perfect! I'll keep the last star if I have to eat again and try new things to confirm what has been described.
