We discovered the place because they were hosting a piano bar and karaoke evening with Mario Cicatiello. We had a wonderful meal and a very fun evening. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

The gluten-free pizza here is a delicious! Also, I love the local wine by the glass. I ordered the white wine and it has a slight effervescence which I can’t find elsewhere. The margarita pizza was fantastic. The pizza sauce is very good.

22/10/2025: We stayed for one night, but it is definitely worth staying longer. The place is based on values of environmental quality and sustainability, and it is simply exciting to visit places like this... The room we stayed in was modest but well-invested and well-maintained. The dinner was simply masterful, such clever use of simple ingredients, creative and simply delicious! The breakfast is also generous and very refreshing. In addition, there is a eco store with a selection of products and even a small café. For those who visit in the summer or during warmer months, there is a natural pool, which was fascinating to see. Highly recommended.

05/12/2025: Ristoro Pecorino: a guarantee of quality! I was truly impressed by this place. The steak is excellent, cooked to perfection, and the quality of the meat is hard to find elsewhere. The staff is very good, always kind and professional, and what's even more impressive is that they're young, helpful, and full of enthusiasm. The aperitif is also a pleasant surprise: rich, carefully prepared, and accompanied by a truly excellent taglierino, made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. A place where you eat well, you feel welcomed, and you can sense the passion in everything they do. Highly recommended for lunch, dinner, or a special aperitif! 🍖🧀🍷✨
02/12/2025: We returned to this restaurant several times during our short stay in Pisa because the food was great and the service was phenomenal. It's easy to find good food on the this street and in this city. Tucked into a long row of Italian restaurants, this place stood not just for the food, but for the people. The staff were an absolute delight: Each one warm, good-humored and genuine. They offered recommendations and made us feel like welcomed guests. We came back for drinks and the the hospitality after exploring other parts of the area.
