Very good pizza, very nice service and a very nice atmosphere in the evening, not many people so the food arrived very quickly, the coffee (Latte) is one of the best in the area.

If you're visiting Cefalù and want a simple meal, La Siciliana restaurant is a simple and uncomplicated choice. The restaurant is centrally located and has a pleasant atmosphere, with a quaint outdoor garden that's a welcome addition on milder evenings. The menu offers traditional Sicilian dishes, pizza, and various seafood options, with average prices for the area and a selection of local wines. In some cases, the cuisine is authentic and unpretentious, ideal for those seeking a moderately priced lunch or dinner. However, there are some areas that could be improved. In particular, the fried food sometimes lacks crispiness and detail in its preparation, and generally falls short of expectations compared to other dishes on the menu or similar restaurants in the area. This is one of the main reasons why the overall experience can be considered "average" rather than exciting.  Ultimately, La Siciliana is perfect for those who want something simple, unpretentious, like pizza or other good dishes in a casual atmosphere with generally friendly service.

The pasta was some of the best in Sicily—out of this world! The ingredients were so fresh, it seemed like they'd caught it before putting it on the plate. The seafood salad was amazing, the tiramisu was delicious, the coffee was great, even the after-dinner drinks they gave me were excellent. The food was fantastic, and the service was great too.

A great place! You can sit inside or in the courtyard, surrounded by orange and lemon trees. A very nice lady served us. And the food was incredibly delicious. We had fried Sicilian specialties for an appetizer and a typical Cefalu pasta taiano and a busiate pesto di pistacchi e gamberi for the main course. Everything was wonderful. I recommend it.

Delicious pizza, mushroom risotto

We came to the restaurant to sample Italian cuisine. We ordered: Romana pizza, lasagna, mixed grilled meat, and spaghetti with eggplant and shrimp. Everything was delicious, except the grilled meat was slightly underdone. The music played beautifully in the background, emphasizing the Italian atmosphere.
