23/02/2025: Good experience, good range of dishes including Piedmontese classics and some interesting intrusions from other regions. The veal with tuna sauce with old mine sauce is good (I would just avoid adding valerian or rocula). The breaded and fried artichokes are excellent. Ditto the beccafico sardines and the pumpkin flan. The first courses are also good, from risotto with turnip top pesto, to tagliolini with white ragù, from maltagliati with artichokes to gnocchi. The desserts are decent, even if the choice is a bit limited. Normal Nebbiolo wine in a carafe, the offer could be improved. High price, above average, but proportionate to the quality of the dishes.
