I planned an afternoon in Pizzo (a very pretty town) and after careful research on restaurants, I decided to book at "La Ruota." It was a perfect choice. The location gets top marks—very beautiful, unique, and welcoming. The food was delicious. We ordered the "La Ruota" appetizer, tagliatelle with pistachio pesto and shrimp, and fried calamari. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. Very friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.

The tiramisu here is absolutely the best I’ve ever tried — fresh, light, creamy, and full of flavor. 🍰✨ Seafood dishes are decent and nicely prepared, with a characteristic seaweed-like taste that not everyone may enjoy. 🌊 Overall, a pleasant dining experience with a good atmosphere. 🍴

The atmosphere is very pleasant, starting with the waiters, who are always attentive and polite, ready to satisfy the customer's needs. The food is excellent, with truly delicious fish and meticulously presented. Highly recommended.

I had dinner at La Ruota and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant has a spectacular sea view that immediately creates a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially in accommodating my gluten-free needs. They made me feel relaxed and pampered, ensuring every dish was safe and of high quality. The food is exceptional: fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and generous portions. The value for money is excellent considering the location and impeccable service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dinner in Pizzo, especially those with special dietary needs such as celiac disease. I will definitely be back!

The terrace in Pizzo Marina is a splendid location, just steps from the sea. The interior dining room is equally charming, with a unique, historic ceiling. The welcome was top-notch, and the staff pampered us throughout the service.
A seafood dinner; the appetizer—swordfish parmigiana—was an excellent culinary innovation, and we loved its delicate flavor. The seafood linguine was a generous portion and very flavorful. The fried calamari, sea bream, and surrey were very fresh and well-prepared. An excellent selection of local wines.
My personal taste: too much pepper in the seafood linguine, and some concerns about the capers.

…che dire… ECCELLENTE!!! Prodotti freschissimi e di qualità, ricette della tradizione(spaghetti con le alici come una volta) e con ispirazioni più moderne(seppie su crema di piselli e tonno con cipolla divini). Il ristorante è incantevole dentro (ricavato da un antico deposito con una cupola di mattoni particolarissima) e fuori(sul mare), servizio con i giusti tempi, personale attento e gentile, proprietario sorridente e disponibile. Ottima cantina.
