A truly deserved 5-star rating. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and super efficient. The rooms were spacious and equipped with every comfort.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and parking is easy. On Monday evenings, the family restaurant across the street is closed, so you can eat at the hotel. They go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful evening: a refined menu, a well-chosen wine selection, a complimentary glass of prosecco to start your meal, and a small grappa to round off the meal! The waiters are extremely friendly. In short, a very warm welcome, unbeatable value for money—we wish we could find only establishments like this when we travel!

I've known this hotel for many years, and it's been 10 years since my last visit following my husband's passing. I've booked for next weekend to celebrate my daughter's 35th birthday because I want to share this place, which I truly love and which is full of wonderful memories, with my five-and-a-half-year-old grandson. I have fond memories of Pépé, the restaurant waiter, but I imagine he's now enjoying his well-deserved retirement.

Great hotel, a bit dated, but charming... A large room, shared ballroom... very cozy... The only drawback: located 13 km from Cuneo, not easy to get to without a car

We had a wonderful vacation, including a New Year's Eve 2025 party with a fantastic dinner featuring so much delicious food and perfect service from the staff, who were there to meet your every need. 😊 Then the kindness of the staff, from the reception to the waiters to the baristas, especially Giulio, who was incredibly kind and helpful, always there to ask if we needed anything, with great care. 🤗 Then the cleaning ladies were very kind, polite, and patient with us guests. 😊 Also Mrs. Elsa, who works at the reception, was very kind! 😊 Then as for the La Ruota restaurant, the food is excellent, and the staff there is also excellent and very kind!…The restaurant is headed by the very sweet Mrs. Silvana! 🤗 The rooms are beautiful, spacious, all well-kept, and spotlessly clean! With a huge bathroom. The breakfast is quite extensive, with everything from sweet to savory, fruit, etc. And finally, I'd like to express my deepest affection and gratitude to the owner, Monica. 😊She's a WONDERFUL person, as well as being incredibly professional and understanding towards her guests. 🤗 She makes you feel at home, and whatever you ask for information, she does everything she can to make it easy!! 👍🏻 All in all, I fully recommend this beautiful hotel, and believe me, you won't be disappointed.
