This restaurant, just steps from Aosta's historic center, is famous for its enormous and delicious cotoletta (breaded veal cutlet). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend booking because the restaurant is always busy.

Delicious food and large portions. We didn't have a reservation but still got a table right away. You'll definitely leave full. The service is incredibly friendly and they also speak English. We were only in town for four days but came here twice! 👌👍

28/12/2025: Simply fabulous, the Valdostan fondue was excellent. Recommended, equally excellent wine from the valley. Very friendly service, they welcomed us at 3:30 PM. Not to be missed.
28/12/2025: We found this place by chance, and it was truly a wonderful discovery. The waiters were attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and typical of the mountains. Everything was excellent, especially the gnocchi with fondue. The owner was super friendly!

20/03/2026: What can I say, an institution! If you're coming here thinking "I don't know what to eat," you've come to the wrong place. For 50 years, Marina has only been making polenta concia with stew and Valdostan soup with mixed grill, and there's no better place in the entire valley to eat soup! No frills, no frills, just authentic Valdostan food and excellent food! A must-visit if you're in the Ayas Valley.
14/02/2026: Magical place, quality food, and super friendly staff. I highly recommend it.
