Wonderful restaurant!
The food is incredibly delicious: the steak I had was outstanding, and the pasta and spaghetti… simply a culinary experience in every bite. The service was excellent, with warm and courteous attention throughout the evening. The owner is a lovely person who pampered us and turned our visit into a real celebration, and at the end he served us the best tiramisu I’ve tasted in Italy! The atmosphere is cozy, fun, and inviting for anyone looking for a perfect dish and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had dinner at Rosa Blu yesterday and had a wonderful time enjoying excellent pasta and pizza dishes. The bruschetta was delicious, and the grilled vegetables were also excellent. To top it all off, we had a delicious tiramisu. The service was very friendly and informative, and the owner was also very open and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. We would happily recommend La Rosa Blu.

Ate here again today. Everything was excellent, the pizza was very good, and the antipasti was also excellent. The service was friendly and attentive. The house red wine was also delicious. We'd be happy to come back another time.

We visited this restaurant because of the good reviews. I would recommend it to everyone. It was divine. I've never had a tiramisu like it before.

The restaurant is in a rather nice setting. The tortelli were good, but the wild boar was a bit below expectations. The sauce was really watery, definitely not thick enough.

An evening with friends. A very welcoming and familiar place run by a very pleasant and easy-going couple. The cuisine, by Antonella, the chef, is beyond sublime. The perfect place to eat typical Maremma cuisine and enjoy the atmosphere and greenery of the Tuscan Maremma.

In questo ristorante o trattoria o come volete chiamarla non importa, ciò che conta è che si mangia ancora con i sapori di una volta...quelli veri, quelli genuini fatti con materie prima di qualità e soprattutto con la voglia di fare bene! La cucina toscana tipica, quella vera e senza compromessi, non sono solito fare sviolinate del genere ma è la verità.. ho mangiato le pappardelle con il sugo di cinghiale che erano fantastiche ,mia moglie i Tortelli al ragù, antipasti di qualità e dolci fatti in casa, la prossima volta proveremo i secondi! Ottimo il vino. Bravo Fabrizio e moglie!
