Il locale è molto bello ideale per una cena in coppia. l'unica pecca è stata l'attesa tra le varie portate ,troppo lunga,e le porzioni troppo ridotte considerati i prezzi .

Famous for its traditional and authentic cuisine, which is based on recipes handed down from generation to generation. The structure of the restaurant is located near the Church of the Rocca, where there is San Aldebrando, a historical monument that fascinates you with its grandeur and beauty. This privileged position enjoys a breathtaking view during the meal and even a corner of the sea on the horizon!! I had the pleasure and fortune of visiting and getting to know, of eating lunch, dinner and breakfast, of sleeping here in the completely innovative structure with Chef Nicola Constantini and Arianna, who were able to perfectly combine traditional recipes and a thousand touches of creativity that it gives the dishes and the structure an authentic and unique flavour. The dishes are truly delicious and prepared with great attention. Every bite is an explosion of flavors and aromas that will win you over from the first taste. The selection of high-quality ingredients stands out in every course, highlighting the owners' commitment to ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. Not only is the cuisine excellent, but you can also immediately perceive Arianna's welcome: the passion, love and professionalism she puts into her work, making the atmosphere of the structure even more pleasant with enchanting and evocative rooms, with a 'warm and welcoming atmosphere, with furnishings taken care of down to the smallest details, creating an elegant and refined environment. The crazy curiosity and having the sensation of sleeping and relaxing in a sacred place, with the view from the room into the interior of the historic church and an ancient altar!! The combination of everything: place, cuisine and history makes this place one of a kind, a place not to be missed where it seems that time has stopped!!! In conclusion: I was fascinated and very intrigued by the legends that live in this small hill in Fossombrone!
