The place is truly beautiful and well-kept, the service impeccable. The waiter was very professional and friendly. They even brought you flavored water to get you started. The menu is quite varied. The idea of doing tapas so you can try different things was very nice. The food was really good; I had a very good pulled pork sandwich, as were the ravioli. We were very satisfied.

A very welcoming and unique location (regarding the interior), with friendly and discreet staff.
Regarding the dishes, there's an excellent selection of appetizers, pan pizzas, tapas, and other dishes. I found everything delicious, but I fell in love with the "Meat and Chips," a pulled pork burger accompanied by homemade chips—truly exceptional! If you're looking for an innovative and tasty dessert, try the "Tegamino Siciliano," a kind of sweet pizza revisited like a Sicilian cannoli. You won't regret it.

The food quality is top notch! It's a shame it's all mini-sized! It's so delicious, you'd eat more...you're certainly not going to be full with a pan pizza. The same goes for the farinata. There were six of us, and four pieces arrived, so let's say half the farinata was already cut! The only flaw, and it's a real shame, is the service. It definitely needs improvement! They set our table without cleaning it, and since they use placemats, the dirt and dust were evident, as was the dirt at the next table. Or the fan next to the table, which was dusty, but still fully functional! A shame, considering the location and the excellent food.

I attended a graduation dinner at this restaurant on Saturday evening, choosing a menu that included wine, farinata (a type of flatbread), pan pizza, and various charcuterie and cheese platters. The quality of the food, especially the pan pizza, was very good. However, the service left much to be desired: we had to wait about an hour and a half before starting our meal, and some of the waiters, particularly a young waiter, seemed unresponsive to our requests. Toward the end of the evening, a young woman served us who was a bit friendlier than the rest of the waiters. The experience was positive because the pan pizza is among the best in Turin; it's a shame about the service.

An excellent experience at Civico 1.
The gourmet pan pizza is meticulously crafted, with original and well-balanced combinations. The appetizers are delicious, the desserts are high-quality, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering the prime location beneath the Mole Antonelliana. My only small complaint: it would be nice if the cutlery were replaced between courses without having to reuse it. Overall, a highly recommended place.

Locale in pieno centro sito nei pressi di via Po a pochi passa da piazza castello.
Dehor esterno un po’ occasionale ma piacevole mentre l’interno davvero fantastico.
Menu più da aperitivo che da cena. Le scelte sono tra antipasti e alcuni secondi.
(Nel menu c’è anche la proposta pizza, già provata e direi molto buona)
Qualità comunque buona e tempi leggermente lunghi ma bisogna capire che è più da apericena che da cena.
Costo in linea e servizio gentile e molto accogliente.

Tutto perfetto!! Personale gentilissimo, cibo di ottima qualità. Le materie prime erano super! Abbiamo prenotato con lo sconto di TheFork e non abbiamo nemmeno dovuto chiederlo. Il prezzo anche senza sconto era molto onesto rispetto alla qualità dei piatti.
Ritorneremo sicuramente
