Good food, limited menu perhaps to be expanded, quantity definitely to be reviewed, not very generous portions. Unsatisfactory quantity/price ratio. We recommend a tasting menu for the tables.

A friendly family organization, good Italian dishes with local ingredients. We ate a rarely eaten rabbit with olives. A delight.

Place with welcoming and friendly staff; menu consisting of starter, first course, second course and dessert. All good, genuine and traditional flavours. Personally I have to point out that the quantity/price ratio is not the best... The portions are not very generous and the overall price is very high compared to what you find on your plate.

Certainly one of the best restaurants I have had the opportunity to taste. Taken over since 2001, the building has been renovated according to the rules of the art. The place is peaceful, located in an island of serenity and kindness. The 8-course tasting menu was truly delicious. There I rediscovered my grandparents' talent for the traditional cuisine of the Alpes Maritimes/Italian border regions. The service, without frills, was very friendly and pleasant. The cook, as humble as she is talented, offers a small menu, working with fresh, seasonal produce, everything is made on site (down to the cutting of the meat). The wine cellar is well stocked and the one we chose (barbera) was a real gem. Don’t hesitate, the detour is well worth the (cheap) cost. We will come back to take advantage of the rooms on offer and to treat ourselves to a new taste experience. Thank you for everything and see you soon I hope!

Small, very friendly, family-run and authentic restaurant. The food is excellent, we enjoyed ourselves, the dishes came together without feeling disgusted or it was too much. The managers are just as friendly and welcome you with pleasure and a smile. They will be at your disposal for your requests. Don’t hesitate to book in advance as places fill up quickly. The value for money is just perfect and basically the more local the products are. In summary, a very good time for a very affordable price for what we were able to eat!

Era fa molto tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante,ci sono riuscito ed sono rimasto soddisfatto, antipasti ,primi,secondi veramente ben preparati,sicuramente da consigliare sicuramente.

Siamo tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo. Buon cibo, ottimi prezzi e tanta gentilezza. Agnello top! Molto buona anche la battuta di Fassona.

A place that deserves to stop for its calm, its cuisine and its welcome. There were four of us to do "the 7 majors" by bike and our second stage took us to this small hamlet of DEMONTE. The bedding is new and the rooms are very clean. Dinner, breakfast, everything was perfect, we even had an express Tiramisu made at home by the owner 😉. The products served are local and what's more, they are very good and well prepared. The little extra: it’s the bike storage and the kindness of the owners. I recommend this cottage without hesitation.

We went just this evening for the first time, taking the military road returning from Vinadio. Never has a choice been so apt... despite having warned them at the last minute, we had a divine dinner. My wife had the tajarin with leeks, I had the ravioli, with the old-fashioned veal with tuna sauce as an appetizer. As a second course, Sambucano lamb with vegetables. To say excellent is an understatement. Sublime dinner. Both the cook Roberta and her husband Mauro are special and very nice people... we will definitely be back
