Beautiful location. Simple but comprehensive menu, and above all, delicious dishes and generous portions. The owners' friendliness and hospitality are particularly important, a quality that's not easy to find. Definitely worth trying again.

A wonderful experience! A true Piedmontese osteria, with traditional dishes cooked well and without frills. The restaurant is very welcoming, and the stone vaults lend a homey yet romantic atmosphere. The wine list is excellent.

The owner is very friendly, and the dishes are well-prepared with attention to seasonal ingredients. Excellent service and reasonable prices. I would also suggest installing warm light bulbs in the second dining room to create an equally welcoming atmosphere.

02/11/2025: Top desserts and chocolate! The pastry chef was kind and attentive to requests. The 18th birthday cake was beautiful and delicious.
12/10/2025: Saturday breakfast... excellent coffee (their blend) and "bread, butter, and jam" from the pastry chef... what a great invention!

24/08/2025: On Sunday, August 24th, I called to reserve a table for lunch. The owner was courteous and accommodating to my request. The restaurant is very welcoming and ideal for couples and families, with excellent service and friendliness. Regarding the choices I made (Fassona tartare and ravioli al tuccu), both the portions and the ingredients were of excellent quality and deliciousness. The flavors were delicate and decidedly delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant, as the friendly staff and the food are a perfect combination for an absolutely positive experience at the Molare restaurant.
