La Focacceria in Pietrasanta is a place where you immediately sense that craftsmanship counts. Upon entering, you're greeted by the aroma of freshly baked dough and good olive oil. The display is simple but inviting: classic focaccia with salt and oil, variations with tomatoes, cheese, or other regional ingredients. Everything is baked fresh daily; nothing seems prepped or carelessly done. The dough is perfect: crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. The ingredients taste high-quality and honest, without being overdone. You can tell that tradition is more important than show here. The service is friendly and fast, even when it's busy. The prices are fair, especially considering the quality. Many guests, including locals, come here regularly because the focaccia is simply consistently good. Once you've tried it, you'll quickly understand why this little shop is so valued. It's not a tourist hotspot, but a piece of authentic Pietrasanta. Five stars.

We've been to Tonfano several times, but as curious as we were, we'd never managed to stop. This time I went back for more, one day with my wife and son, the next alone, leaving them at the beach: twice in four days isn't a bad average. The staff are efficient, kind, helpful, and professional. The clientele isn't just tourists; locals also stop by for lunch, sitting at tables or taking their orders to go. You can choose from three types of bread/focaccia, all served nice and crispy, with fillings of your choice or as suggested on the menu. Even for drinks, you'll find a quality selection despite it being a kiosk. Well done. It's definitely worth a try.

During our visit, we were absolutely delighted by the warm and friendly welcome we received at La Porchetteria. First of all, the place is impeccably clean and boasts an ideal location near the beach, which is very convenient for visitors to the area. We were there on a stormy day, and despite a heavy downpour, the owner (or at least, what we assumed was the owner) was remarkably attentive. Under the covered terrace, we were still struggling to stay completely dry due to the torrential rain. She kindly offered us shelter near the counter until the rain subsided. Not only that, but she also offered us an umbrella to protect us until we reached our car if we wanted to leave immediately. The service was extremely prompt, and the meal was simply delicious. Particular attention was paid to making us feel at home: we even had the pleasure of conversing in French with great courtesy. This detail touched us deeply, as although we don't speak Italian, we appreciated the staff's communication efforts. Finally, it's important to note that the entire staff is incredibly kind, caring, cheerful, and friendly. Their efforts to communicate with foreigners, and especially French speakers, are commendable and make this experience a memorable one. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Whether for the quality of the food, the service, or the welcome, La Porchetteria is a sure bet that we will be delighted to return to on future visits. Thank you very much :)

The best value for money in marina di pietrasanta. We had the classic - porchetta with focaccia. The meat was tasty and foccia was very crunchy and had a great taste. We recommend!!
