An elegant restaurant with a quiet atmosphere and extremely knowledgeable staff, who make you feel at home. It was a dinner for two, but perhaps more of a journey through many flavors, some unexpected, all absolutely delightful! The raw fish was the star, but the first courses were also excellent. The price was reasonable for what we ate. Recommended!

To have specials other than fish, you even have to make a reservation. This isn't an acceptable solution for a high-end restaurant.

I never miss this restaurant, and every year it's a testament to the excellence and care taken in its preparation. The dishes are meticulously crafted and presented, and the ingredients, especially the raw seafood, are truly unique! Perhaps the best in the area. Well done!

We returned to La Polena after a long time, having moved up north, but it had been one of our favorite restaurants since our first location near the port of Pescara. We waited to order even though the place wasn't busy, but everything went very well. My wife had calamari as an appetizer, delicious, while I chose the raw menu and added half a marinated lobster. The lobster was sensational, and the raw fish was absolutely top-notch, although I don't appreciate the excessive use of fruit on shellfish. When a product is of such quality, it should be kept natural, at least in my opinion. The third portion of the raw fish was so good it was so moving. Special mention goes to the red mullet and shad tartare (superlative) and the calamari with chili pepper, which were absolutely illegal (even the gobbetti). For the main course, since it was a cool evening, we opted for a great Polena classic, turbot with stewed potatoes. A dish worthy of an A+ for its taste and its quality. Cerasuolo Salentino and off we go. We'll definitely return to explore the first courses. The piano bar is also a pleasure to listen to.
