One of the best pizzas I've had in Tuscany. I recommend the whole wheat peel-baked cavolo nera. The desserts are also excellent; you can tell they're fresh and homemade.

We came to Florence on a recommendation from a colleague, and we tried the pizza al piatto and the pizza alla pala, both excellent for the very airy dough and the fresh, abundant ingredients. The desserts are also very good, in a relaxed atmosphere.

We can now confirm that we're regulars. Cristiano's pizza is a guarantee: high-quality ingredients, even locally sourced, wonderful and easily digestible dough, and a wide variety of options. Lots of choices, and the desserts are also excellent.
A truly exquisite experience for the palate. You absolutely must try it!

I'm from Florence, and a group of friends and I came to try La Pizza di Rebe, intrigued by the many positive reviews. I must say, the experience exceeded our expectations.
We tried both the round and the sliced pizza, choosing different flavors to share and compare: they were all excellent, with a light, digestible dough and high-quality toppings. The selection of craft beers was also a pleasant surprise, perfect to accompany the pizzas.
We couldn't pass up the desserts: knowing they're made directly by the pizza chef was a guarantee, and indeed, they turned out to be truly delicious, as carefully crafted as everything else.
A place worth discovering and rediscovering: I'll definitely be back!
