The pizza by the slice is fabulous, as is the calzone. I don't really like traditional thin-crust pizza, so I always order the pizza by the slice or the calzone.

One of the best pizzas I've had in Tuscany. I recommend the whole wheat peel-baked cavolo nera. The desserts are also excellent; you can tell they're fresh and homemade.

Excellent pizza, but above all, excellent dough. Prices are slightly higher than average, but well worth it. The decision to focus customers' attention on craft beer rather than the usual industrial ones is admirable.

26/02/2026: Very friendly and always helpful staff. I've tried it for both lunch and breakfast, and I'd say it's all excellent. The prices, for someone from another small Tuscan town, are a bit high. But they're justifiable for Prato; I've spent about the same amount elsewhere. Despite the crowds, the bar is always clean and the waiters are attentive.

03/10/2025: Excellent pastry shop with a wide selection of sweet and savory pastries. Excellent service from the staff, and the cappuccinos are also very good! I will definitely be back.
16/09/2025: I love this pastry shop; I always find a parking spot and a seat. It's the perfect place for a coffee with friends, and everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is truly refined. The missing star is for the vegan options (aside from the turmeric croissant, which I love). The option to fill a schiacciatina or another type of croissant with jam or dark chocolate would be enough.
