Located just outside of the busy part of Venice, perfect reachable by watertaxi or vaporetto you'll find this fantastic hotel with a great history and a fantastic staff. Great value for money!

Regarding the restaurant
There were 16 of us, the service was perfect, friendly and warm, the food was very varied! The magnificent view on the large terrace overlooking the Venice Lagoon! Well done !!

We did not stay at the hotel but had lunch for 2 noon on the terrace with a splendid panoramic view, the dishes are excellent, the prices in terms of the setting and the quality of the dishes but I do not understand why they charge for a cover of 3 euros per person for a very random service.

Staff is INCREDIBLE! Samuel is one of the most likeable humans you will ever meet. Hotel is cozy and decor is Venetian authentic. Rooms are also Venetian authentic size - every square inch is used :-)
Would absolutely recommend, and stay here again.

This year too, we hesitated whether we should plan dinner at the restaurant because of the mediocre reviews. And this year too we decided to do so and were rewarded with very attentive and friendly service and excellent fish. We therefore cannot understand the sometimes very negative reviews of this portal.
UPDATE May 2024:
The branzino was once again prepared first class. Unfortunately, when we requested to prepare the spaghetti with seafood extra spicy, we were told that the kitchen would only prepare the dish mildly and instead gave us an oil that was declared as spicy - but was actually mild - and that it only wanted to come out of the bottle in homeopathic doses , - placed on the table. A pity.

Very friendly service. A changing option was immediately provided for our baby. Coffee was delicious. Not crowded in April. Very good :)

I stayed one night in this hotel for work, very nice, super helpful staff, beautiful view, the room is the classic Venetian room but the view from my room is very beautiful, you wake up and it looks out between one canal and another. Super recommended.

Il ristorantente offre una terrazza sul canale della Giudecca, non l'ho provato, ma ho avuto la possibilità di osservare, ordinando un aperitivo dai tavolini della riva: molto personale che gira a vuoto, mancanza di garbo e attenzione... niente a che vedere con l'ospitalità che ci si aspetterebbe in un locale di questo livello
