We've been to many restaurants, but Il Pirata is definitely one of Lipari's gems!!!
Excellent service, and above all, good quality, quantity, and prices. Refined dishes, especially fresh fish, I highly recommend trying it.

Location, location, location!! Lipari's historic restaurant "pieds dans l'eau." The old guard has yielded to a group of young people who continue the tradition at a high level, renewing it with quality. It's a work in progress that's already well underway. The menu is excellent, perhaps benefiting from a few more delicious creations from the chef. The wine cellar is attentive to the most respectable local produce. Service is prompt and friendly.

Wonderful location! The restaurant was recommended to us by a local. We had a divine dinner, excellent ingredients; the service was friendly and professional. Graziano, his sister, and the staff were truly wonderful. We truly had a wonderful evening!

Had the most amazing experience today in Lipari with sisters Viola and Iris. These ladies made lunch unforgettable, food service and atmosphere were spectacular. If you are fortunate enough to visit Lipari, then Al Pirata has to be on your itinerary for either lunch or dinner. You will not be disappointed I guarantee.
