I had a great time. The girls were helpful and polite, and the piadina was delicious, perfectly cooked and hot. I come here often and have always had a great experience. I recommend it; it's a shame they don't have much seating.

Mediocre La Piadineria store inside the Valdichiana Outlet. After we ordered, the cashier forgot to verbally inform us that the piadinas were ready, since she hadn't given us the pager, so we ate them at room temperature. The arugula inside the piadinas had a strange flavor, and that evening we both had bouts of diarrhea. The tables were dirty, and the staff, while always polite, seemed visibly stressed. I've been a La Piadineria customer since the first store opened in Rome in 2012, and this is perhaps one of the worst experiences I've had. When we return to this outlet, we'll eat elsewhere, just to be safe. It's a shame because the piadinas were well-filled, which isn't always the case!

Super nice stop at La Piadineria! After a good piadina, we also tried the soft yogurt cups: fresh, creamy and really delicious. We chose different toppings: pistachio cream, chocolate pearls, crunchy grains and red fruits - a perfect mix of sweetness and freshness. The yogurt was light but full of flavor, perfect for a refreshing snack on a hot day. The place is modern and well kept, with fast and friendly staff. Excellent experience both for those looking for a quick lunch and for a sweet break. 🍀

I always eat at La Piadineria di Val di Chiana at the outlet and I have to say that this time, on June 6, 2025 at 3:20 pm, we stopped again and after having taken a Solare and a Tonno, we were really satisfied with the quality, kindness and speed of the staff. A truly excellent piadina to the point of returning and complimenting it. I lived in Romagna for 10 years and to say that this was on par is almost there. I live in Siena and some time ago it also opened here on Strada Massetana but strangely it was not as good as this one in Val di Chiana. The girl/lady who served us was courteous and very nice and compliments to the new boy who prepared the piadinas. Thank you

Velocissime le ragazze nonostante tanta gente in fila. Piadina super farcita e buonissima. Ampia scelta e personalizzabile a piacere. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Minimum time and waiting time, fresh and top quality food, well organised. Must try!!
