On Saturday morning, we found ourselves in Trani somewhat by chance, and equally by chance we chose this osteria on the harbor. A truly pleasant surprise: excellent dishes, quality ingredients, and cuisine prepared to perfection. Prompt and friendly service. A truly successful lunch.

Overlooking the port of Trani, the Osteria La Perla del Sud delighted us with its delicacies... tasty, plentiful dishes, and fried seafood sautéed directly from the sea... it couldn't be fresher... The staff were friendly and very helpful... We'll be back!

Beautiful location on the Trani harbor, with a truly pleasant view. The place isn't very large, but it's well-kept and welcoming. The waiter was friendly and helpful, making us feel at ease right away. The food was good and the atmosphere relaxed, perfect for a quiet evening by the sea. Recommended!

At La Perla, we spent a magical time in the slow rhythm of Trani's motto, slowly savoring local flavors. We recommend the marinated salmon carpaccio and the wine from the Trani region. The service was very efficient and helpful with language difficulties. We wholeheartedly encourage you to visit this place.

We had lunch here today and everything was perfect. Often one feels that restaurants in nice locations such as this rely on their location rather than food and service. That is definitely not the case here. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food and wine were both reasonably priced and delicious.

02/03/2026: I discovered Osteria del Seminario by chance, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The setting is welcoming and refined, with a relaxing and never-overly-loud atmosphere, thanks in part to the clever decision to limit seating. This allows for a quieter dinner experience and ensures more attentive service. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The raw seafood was simply exquisite, as was the trio of cooked fish. The first courses were also excellent, prepared with balance and flavor. The quality is evident in every course, thanks in part to a varied menu without overwhelming the selection: a choice that clearly emphasizes freshness and meticulous attention to detail. The service was quite prompt, and the waiters were very friendly and professional. The value for money was also excellent: we spent €40 each for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, and a complimentary house liqueur. A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to!

02/06/2025: Posto molto curato, semplice ed elegante. Il personale tutto altamente professionale ed attento, nulla é lasciato al caso, lodevole il lavoro che svolgono. Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti, senza pecca e presentate ad alto livello, il sapere é una reale emozione. Se vi trovate a Trani dovete obbligatoriamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, altrimenti avrete perso la possibilità di deliziare le vostre papille gustative! ECCELLENTE E CONSIGLIATISSIMO
03/03/2025: Bellissima esperienza culinaria in questo magnifico ristorante sito nella stupenda Trani. Cibo freschissimo e cucinato alla perfezione come vuole la cucina gourmet. Servizio impeccabile, ambiente estremamente signorile ed elegante dove il cliente è sempre al primo posto. Ho gustato un risotto dal sapore delicato e fresco, degli antipasti deliziosi e un’ombrina eccellente. Il dessert una vera poesia. Che dire: se siete a Trani e amate la cucina di qualità questo è il posto giusto.
