At La Perla, we spent a magical time in the slow rhythm of Trani's motto, slowly savoring local flavors. We recommend the marinated salmon carpaccio and the wine from the Trani region. The service was very efficient and helpful with language difficulties. We wholeheartedly encourage you to visit this place.

We had lunch here today and everything was perfect. Often one feels that restaurants in nice locations such as this rely on their location rather than food and service. That is definitely not the case here. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food and wine were both reasonably priced and delicious.

Excellent restaurant on Trani's marina, a bit away from the crowds of "tourist-attracting" establishments. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, and fast service. The dishes are truly delicious (the seafood risotto is top-notch!), the fried calamari and shrimp are light and tasty. The homemade desserts are excellent. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommended!

Despite its excellent location facing the harbor, this restaurant failed the second test we decided to give it... the first time we were scorching hot under the sun without the staff showing much interest...
the second time, even though we were interested in getting a table in the shade and had stopped by first to make sure, we were later moved to another table like parcels amidst the ironic comments of the staff... so we decided to get up and find another restaurant, which we found... polite, friendly, and with food quality that was certainly better than the Perla Sud for the same price... in Trani there are much better places than the Perla... a tourist trap... trust me

Als je in Trani bent of er gewoon maar voorbij komt, ga hier zeker lunchen.
Onwaarschijnlijk verse vis (de visverkopers staan tegenover op de kade), lekker lekker eten, echt niet te versmaden.
