We returned after years with pleasure to celebrate my wife's birthday at the pearl of the sea, in addition to the fresh fish and shellfish we also greatly appreciated the particularity of the combinations of ingredients in the dishes. All the staff, always available and courteous, with a particular note from Irene, accompanied us until the cutting of the cake. The pasta with sea urchins is excellent, the shrimp and sea urchin fettuccine are a delight and the trio of tartare to mention a few. Fresh dishes, passion and professionalism make it a place in Sferracavallo worthy of being considered absolutely among the best. As far as we are concerned, it is our reference for fresh fish and shellfish dinners.

Go there! Quiet evening, unlike the rest of the restaurants in Sferracavallo, the food is excellent (and it is now almost impossible to find places where they know how to cook) and the staff are very kind. Congratulations, we will be back!!

Last night my girlfriend and I had dinner here. We noticed the helpfulness and kindness of the waiters right away. Everything we ate was to our liking, excellent flavors but above all very fresh fish. The only advice we feel we can give to this activity is to include fans or nebulizers for the hottest days/evenings. If we return to Sicily, the fixed stop will be "La Perla del Mare" without a shadow of a doubt.

Nice place, very welcoming.
We were passing through because we are on holiday, the smell of fish coming out of the kitchen convinced us to sit down, the food was divine

Siamo in 4 ci fermiamo per la vista mare , veniamo accolti dal prioritario molto gentile .Il profumo del mare ci regala quella serenità che manca in città. Piatti serviti all’ altezza delle nostre prospettive tutto eccellente , Bravo chef Nicolò riesce con la sua arte in cucina a deliziare i nostri palati . Un grazie speciale per la realizzazione della torta a sorpresa ♥️

This little restaurant was recommended to us by our host from Palermo and we went from Palermo specifically to Sferracavallo to try it. To say that we did well is an understatement: I ate the best pasta with Ricci in my life. I was also tempted by the red prawns from Mazzara del Vallo, which had just arrived and were very fresh.
In general, all the fish is very fresh and expertly cooked. I add a note of thanks to the owners, exquisite people.
We are happy to have found a restaurant appreciated by locals with an excellent quality - price ratio and a beautiful seafront location.
