The best pizza in the world for my girlfriend and I. Now, when we're craving pizza, we look at each other and already know we'll go to La Perla. Very fair prices, very friendly staff, a lovely place on Corso Francia, conveniently located near the ring road. Huge, thin-crust pizzas loaded with ingredients. AMAZING. Try it and then tell me if you still prefer the thick crust.

Thin, generously sized puddles, well-seasoned. I'd focus on the toppings, because the smooth white or marinara-style ones, without mozzarella, don't really enhance them.

The pizza is very thin and larger than usual, making it truly unique. The dough is light and easy to digest. The only downside is that, even when you order takeout by phone, they wait until you arrive at the pizzeria to prepare the pizza. This means you still have to wait for it to be prepped and cooked, at least 20 minutes. I recommend eating in; the service is fast, and it's hot.

A welcoming and elegant atmosphere, the kind that makes you want to stay. I chose the Piazza Leuman, with its intense and surprising flavor, accompanied by a Rubino beer: an enveloping, balanced, simply perfect combination.

I've been going to La Perla pizzeria in Collegno for over 20 years and recommend it without hesitation: excellent pizza, consistently high quality, and a staff that works hard in a place that's often packed. I once witnessed a truly unpleasant phone call, in which a customer questioned the owner's loyalty simply because she couldn't find a table and claimed they never answered the phone. Shortly afterward, I read a review on two different websites accusing the owner of rudeness, which shocked and saddened me greatly. I can confirm, however, that I made a reservation on Thursday and they answered my order as expected. When they're busy, it's normal for them to not always be able to answer. I find some negative reviews unfair: it's not rudeness, but a lot of work. A little respect for those who work so hard would be in order.
