Pergola's cuisine never disappoints...my palate is always enriched with new emotions, today I ate a first course that left me astounded; the combination of black cabbage, a classic autumnal dish of the Tuscan tradition, with prawn tartare, more typical of the coastal areas. Today we went to eat in this restaurant and I must say that we really enjoyed it, quality food and perfect location, it's a shame that all of this was tainted by two major lapses in style that made me reflect. The first: The place welcomed all the customers by bringing a welcome entree to the table which they didn't bring to us, I wanted to point it out to them, but then I said to myself that given the importance of the place they should have noticed it, or I asked myself "since we ordered two fried foods and that was it, (from €24 each) they didn't affect us" making us feel like second class customers. The second: When we ordered the coffees the owner brought them to us together with the bill that no one had asked for, as if to say hurry up and go away because I have people waiting. This thing is very bad, it also causes anxiety because on a day of celebration, a person escapes from the frenzy and finds her at the restaurant where she tries to exchange a few words with her partner and eat calmly and admire the sea. A top-class restaurant that makes money is saying something. I don't know if I will recommend this place to people I know, it's a shame because the food is good, but when it comes to service we aren't there.

Nice location at the water front. Food was OK, but tourist prices. We were first at the side terrace and service was quite slow until more customers were seated next to us.

The food was very tasty (ravioli with fish filling and spaghetti with vegetable sauce. Service partly impersonal and inattentive. Two dishes were out of stock (Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.), but we were only informed of this when we had chosen exactly those. That's annoying. Why isn't it communicated straight away? A bit expensive, but the quality of the food and wine is also very good.

Restaurant invites you to eat. Guests can sit outside and inside. Dogs are allowed. Our food was very attractively prepared. However, I missed the variety of flavors in my dish. However, my partner's dish was very tasty. Very good service.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Prices a little higher than average but very good product quality. The fish is exceptional. Very friendly service. You can also enjoy an excellent sea view. We will certainly return on a next occasion.

Very welcoming environment. Owner of the place friendly and helpful. Excellent food with an option for our celiac daughter. A magnificent experience. We were there on August 10th and can't wait to return. Compliments.
