We visited this trattoria for lunch and found the service courteous, friendly, and delicious. The first course, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, was superb, but perhaps lacked a little more salt. Obviously, this is my personal opinion, as the food was quite tasty, but the dish was definitely worth it. The rich and varied appetizer, accompanied by excellent local honey, added an extra touch.
The kindness of Bruno, the owner, and Bruno, the waiter, truly made us very happy. We will definitely be back.

my husband and I had the BEST dinner here!! The pasta is as fresh as it gets, cooked perfectly, and the flavors in the sauces are unbelievable. Truly the best Carbonara either of us have ever had. This is a truly authentic trattoria owned by a wonderful family whose pride in their recipes shine through in the final product. We can’t wait to visit Bruno and Georgia again soon 💕

A welcoming and friendly atmosphere, impeccable hospitality, it feels like stepping into a surreal corner of old Sicily. The platter of cured meats, accompanied by the excellent house wine, is highly recommended. Under Mr. Bruno's wise advice, we also tried two mushroom-based first courses and the pork shank, both excellent. What more can I say?! We'll see you again soon.

Eating at this trattoria brought back memories of healthy, familiar flavors. The collection of vintage objects that decorate the rustic yet refined restaurant is beautiful. The encounter between three namesakes was magical: myself, the new owner (very kind and friendly), and the manager (professional and welcoming), all Bruno. Thanks also to the chef for the excellent cuisine. I'm marking La Pentolaccia in Zafferana Etnea among my favorite places. See you soon.

On Wednesday, my partner and I had dinner at La Pentolaccia, a trattoria you'll easily find on Zafferana Etnea's main street, Via Roma. The menu is varied and changes depending on the ingredients, which are purchased fresh daily from local producers. Quality is a priority, and it's evident both in the eyes and on the palate. I'm vegetarian and found a wide range of options, from the appetizer platter to the dessert: a delicious panna cotta with chestnut honey or peach jam. The owner is a friendly and welcoming person, the staff is kind and fast, and the chef is skilled and professional. The refined atmosphere reflects the personality of the new owner, Bruno, a truly special guy. Thank you, we'll be back soon!

Espectacular. La recomendación en la recepción del Hotel en el que nos alojamos. Hizo de esta experiencia. Algo espectacular. Todo el personal que trabaja en este restaurante encantadores desde el primero hasta el último. Giuseppe siempre pendiente de todo y de que cada detalle y cada persona esté atendida correctamente en todo momento. Si regresamos a Catania no duremos en volver a visitarlos.
