We were passing through but didn't really like the food we ate. Acceptable.

I was pleasantly welcomed by the owner's authentic and genuine hospitality. The cuisine is traditional yet refined. The dishes are prepared with top-quality ingredients. There's an excellent selection of Sicilian wines. The atmosphere is designed specifically to make you feel at home. I recommend it to those with discerning palates who appreciate a restaurant with heart and soul. I'll be back with others very soon.

Everything was pretty good, but since it's under new management, I'd like to share my opinion and therefore my customer advice. When you bring the platter to the table, with all the various cheeses and cured meats, it would be more correct and professional to explain to customers the different types and origins. The first courses are tasty and very generous, and the use of various types of fresh pasta is a real extra touch, enhancing even the simplest of sauces. For the mixed grill, I recommend bringing some salmoriglio or spices separately to the table to season it...perhaps and I hope you've forgotten. The other main courses, for example the porchetta, were well cooked and of good quality. For dessert, I think you should also offer something that doesn't stay in the refrigerator...especially since it's winter. The location is nice, but could be improved, making it even more welcoming. The part closest to the kitchen is also poorly heated.

My wife and I discovered La Pentolaccia restaurant through friends and had a great time. The food was delicious. Bruno, the owner, makes you feel at home; he's kind and welcoming. We've been back several times since then. I recommend the pork shank! See you soon, Fabri and Sara.

I highly recommend this trattoria: central location, delicious traditional cuisine, friendly staff, and excellent value. The charcuterie and cheese platter, paired with two types of local honey, was a real treat!

We happened upon this truly splendid and characteristic trattoria by chance, where we stopped for lunch. The place is small but welcoming, and the very friendly owner made us feel at home.... The food was excellent and of high quality, the service was very fast and professional, and I highly recommend it.

We stumbled upon this place by chance on our way down from Mount Etna, and it was a delightful discovery. Even though it was almost closing time, they welcomed us with kindness and hospitality. Excellent, authentic, homemade cuisine; we also appreciated the soups on the menu given Etna's harsh climate. Fast and attentive service.
