Quality raw materials, excellent cured meats and cheeses, good house wine and even the Tuscan crostoni are of high quality. A little expensive. The service and cleanliness can be improved, but in the context it can be overlooked.

This place makes you feel at home in a city that isn't yours... found it by chance... The idea was to get a focaccia but the rude, playful and friendly welcome from Enzo and his wife made us change our mind and we sat down... I've only eaten a platter like this a few times... The quality and quantity of the stuff exceeded expectations... But what makes this place unique are the owners of the house, like a Sunday with the family... Enzo makes you laugh out loud from a small window that connects the kitchen to the living room, his wife (alas, I don't remember her name) is very sweet.... And we were also moved by their story... I highly recommend you stop here either sitting down or taking away... because a laugh, a chat with Enzo and his wife will give you a beautiful memory of Pienza... as well as having enjoyed excellent food. Quite simply, one of the best meals I've had in my life! The place is as authentic as it gets: 4-5 tables, a few dishes, a lovely Italian couple that runs, cooks and serves and meals with indescribable flavors. If you're there make sure to order the Polenta...I will dream of that dish for years to come. Best part, it's hidden in the small alleys of Pienza, so you get to enjoy your meal away from the crowds and it gives a "dream meal in Tuscany" vibe.

Positicino molto carino con soli 5 tavoli, Ambiente famigliare e proprietari molto simpatici, classici toscani super ospitali! Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi a km 0 e un mix di crostoni tipici, tutto molto buono è super abbondante! Molto buono anche il vino della casa, San Giovese di Pienza. Il locale è nel centro di Pienza. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati in questo piccolo ristorantino nel centro di Pienza per pranzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Affettati e formaggi freschissimi e piatti toscani preparati bene, con prezzi onesti. In bottega poi si può acquistare qualche prodotto tipico.
