What a wonderful discovery in the center of Montecatini Terme. We were warmly welcomed and spent a truly enjoyable evening in a refined setting.
The cuisine surprised us with the quality and refined presentation of the dishes. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp in kataifi pastry served on a slate platter, expertly prepared. Each course was a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
We will definitely return to try other items on the menu. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a refined culinary experience with attention to detail.

With the summer temperatures, we "voluntarily" chose to sit on the terrace facing the street, which wasn't too bothersome since hardly any cars passed by. The prices were reasonable, but we didn't find the food particularly special. We've eaten much better in "normal" restaurants during our Tuscany tour! Nevertheless, the overall ambiance, the excellent service, and the evening itself were very pleasant.

A discovery by chance. But a true discovery. A quality restaurant, everything excellent, and then the discovery of discoveries: the lady, the owner, who alone would be worth a star. If you're in Montecatini, absolutely worth a try.

The food was presented with top-notch service. We also tried some non-alcoholic drinks, which were prepared quite professionally.
We were very satisfied with the first courses, except for the turbot (perfectly cooked, but the fish's flavor could have been accentuated better).
