My wife and I loved this gelato spot! All flavors we tried were delicious, but we especially loved the fruit flavors (the limone was pure bliss). Highly recommend if you’re looking for classic, flavorful, and refreshing Italian gelato!! We went 4 times while in Varenna.

I came in this afternoon and had the blueberry cheesecake and dark chocolate gelato. Both were amazing! Fabulous, fun, helpful staff!

Stopped in right after the ferry and had the bueno and pistachio—both were incredible! We loved it so much we went back after dinner… but the bueno was already gone. Definitely go early if you want that flavor! Perfect spot to enjoy with a view of the Porto Riva Grande.🍦

I wouldn't have thought I'd find such good ice cream in such a touristy place and at such a reasonable price. Definitely the best gelateria in the area!

14/05/2025: A beautiful place to ski, and go bobsledding, possibility to rent equipment. There is a restaurant service on site. Parking under the cable car for 5 euros.

20/08/2025: A restaurant with a difference. A unique menu with interesting dishes you rarely find elsewhere. The homemade cakes are a dream! Excellent value for money! The drive up from Lecco is fun, and the view is magnificent! During the holiday season, a friend of the family is usually there, and she speaks German. Otherwise, only Italian is available... Be sure to make a reservation in advance! The drive from Lecco is worth it.
