We were in Taranto for personal reasons and while searching online for a place to eat, we saw that this restaurant was the winner of Borghese's 4 Ristoranti program, and yes, we chose it! And we were right to do so; the owner was very kind and recommended some dishes and an excellent wine. Sometimes, trusting someone is a good thing. The service was professional, unobtrusive, yet pleasant. The waiter, after realizing we weren't local, told us some facts about the swing bridge and other anecdotes—very interesting and enjoyable.

Last night we went to La Paranza restaurant in Taranto and the experience was simply fantastic. The seafood risotto was spectacular: perfectly creamy, rich in flavor, and made with the freshest fish. Every bite brought out the flavor of the sea, with quality ingredients and impeccable preparation.
Attentive and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a pleasant ambiance.
Highly recommended for seafood lovers who want to enjoy authentic, carefully prepared dishes. I'll definitely be back!

Since I discovered this restaurant, every time I'm in Taranto I want to go there and tell my colleagues about it.
The atmosphere is very refined, the service is attentive and punctual, the dishes are masterfully presented and are delicious and of the highest quality.
And when it comes to the fateful moment of the bill, you're even pleasantly surprised.
I find it strange not to have reviewed it before.
As I said, for years it has been a point of reference for me every time I visit Taranto. I will return and continue to recommend it.

The place is beautiful, meticulously maintained, characterized by elegance, refinement, and high quality. Every detail is thoughtful and refined, creating an elevated, distinguished, and at times exclusive atmosphere.
Every dish was exquisite: the gratinated mussels, seafood salad, homemade bread, and if you like shrimp and turnips, you must try the turnip tarallini, pasta with shrimp and pistachios, or pasta with turnips and clams.
The tiramisu was good, although it was a bit too creamy and not enough ladyfingers, to my taste.
A perfect evening and dinner!
