La Paranza Ristorante In Taranto

A seafood dinner featuring typical Taranto dishes. The venue is quite elegant, the food excellent, and the staff friendly and professional.

Holy cow! The best seafood restaurant in Taranto and I would dare say Italy. Unexpectedly amazing. One dish better than the next. Only seafood, so if you don’t like fish you will lean to love it.

Without comparison, if you pass through Taranto it is a must-see stop

Long wait and poor service, the dishes were miserable. I didn't like much of the menu I chose. They even changed the first course after a long wait because they didn't have sea urchins, according to them. Two paccheri with lobster and for the second course, two octopus tentacles seared on the grill with two baked potatoes. A truly sad dish. I tried to eat it, but I really couldn't...it was disgusting! My experience was awful!

A good seafood restaurant with well-prepared fresh products. Service and ambience are attentive. I was also convinced by the cuisine that knows how to enhance the raw material and respect tradition while looking forward. All this in one of the most characteristic places in Taranto.

I liked the starters, but the portions of the main courses were really too small overall. They warned me, but I wanted to give them a chance. They didn't return our greeting, but whatever.

You know when destiny, or better yet, fate, shows you the way? That's exactly what happened to us this evening, wandering around half the city looking for someone to "feed us, without a reservation," and yes, that very destiny, or fate (better yet) made us end up right here... From the unwelcoming staff, but more... (We felt as if we'd been served by our parents) to the food, which practically felt like eating on the Caribbean sea (and that's what those who live by the sea say), all topped off with a bill that, based on past experience at other restaurants, is simply unmatched. A truly unique experience, which was beneficial not just for the dinner itself. Someday, far away, I'll definitely do it again, hopefully with the person I love.

What can I say? The sea view is truly excellent. The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful.

Nothing to complain about the quality and caliber of the restaurant. The portions are in line with the type of establishment, as is the quality (excellent) of the dishes served. The sore point: the service. It's just not up to par. You can't wait 50 minutes for three fried foods, after the first and second courses. Furthermore, the 3/4 waiters are truly few. We had to get up and look for a waiter to ask for water. The customer is shockingly left to their own devices. The service definitely needs rethinking.
