Our host Damiano serve us a beautiful meal in this beautiful local trattoria. Great food and hospitality in Italian and English. Catered for gluten free perfectly. This restaurant has so much character and we would recommend it most highly.

This restaurant is a rare gem.
We had appetizers and grilled meat, including the horse steak Florentine which in my opinion is amazing.
Friendly staff and a rustic, family atmosphere.
Really great prices.
In short, a healthy authenticity that is very rare nowadays.

The specialty is grilled horse meat, in particular the Coratina horse meat steak and the spancelle.
The first courses with seasonal specialties are delicious.
The broad bean and chicory cream is unsurpassed.
After eating here, I can't find anything more tasty and tasty, especially the grilled meats. The nocino and final desserts close on a high note. I go back often and always find a unique, tireless and satisfying taste in everything.

Massimo dei voti per questa osteria nel centro storico di Corato: accoglienza calorosa, cibo casareccio e buono, abbondante. Dagli antipasti (tutti ottimi) ai primi e infine i secondi dove spicca la carne di cavallo.
Nel finale un dolce di ricotta squisito!

Don't miss to stop by this typical tavern in Corato.
The environment is informal but very welcoming as is the kindness of the owner Mariano and his staff.
Excellent fresh raw materials and excellent variety that allows you to taste many typical Apulian specialties.
The appetizers were rich and delicious, and the first courses of the day were also excellent (we tasted the cavatelli in two variations). Finally, the meat is excellent: both pork and beef and especially horse meat.
Simple, homemade desserts.
Absolutely worth trying!

I went to this tavern with my family, we booked late, at 2.30pm but the owner Mariano immediately found us a free table and seated us.
Abundant and delicious starters, mouth-watering first courses.
Unfortunately we couldn't taste the meat because we were so full, but I will definitely go back to try it.
Competent and quick staff.
What can I say, try it and you will be addicted!
